Can I take these courses for clock hours?
Yes. Online courses are offered for 3 semester graduate credits as well as 60 clock hours (the 20 clock hour option is available for our 1 credit online courses).
Are these courses also offered in your print-based distance learning format?
Yes. These courses will continue being offered in our popular print-based format, but now you will have an exciting new online option.
Will I receive course materials?
Yes. You will receive a course text via mail (USPS). Shipping time is 7-10 business days, or you may request Priority Mail ($5 additional) during the registration process and receive your text in 2-3 business days. All other course materials will be found within the online environment. Login information will be sent to you within 2 business days via email to the email address you provided at registration.

Do you have access to a computer with an internet connection?
To complete an online course you will need the right setup. For starters, you need a computer with an internet connection. If you plan to work on your course at school, realize there may be a security firewall set up. This means you may need special permissions to download and install some of the plug-in programs needed for your course. If you are unsure about this, check in with the IT specialist at your school.
Does the computer have the software applications you need to word process, manage files, send emails and access the internet?
One common word processing software application is Microsoft Word, but any word processing tool will work. Web browsers, used to display and navigate the Internet include Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher, Mozilla Firefox 2.0, and Safari. You will need access to sending/receiving email.
